Role: Communications Systems Engineer / Communications and Networks SME

Salary: £60,000-80,000 per annum dependent on experience

Location: Hybrid/ Romsey

SC clearance must be in place for this role.

We are looking for an experienced Communications Systems Engineer for my client who provides tech innovation and consultancy to government and defence sector customers. You will have an understanding of wireless military communications networks and associated protocols.

Role and Responsibilities

+ Provide systems engineering skills with regard to wireless military communication networks

+ Provide technical support

+ Conduct research into future military networking

Skills and Experience

+ Experience of simulating wireless communication networks

+ Ability to conduct research into future military networking

+ Understanding of wireless military communication and/or civil network architectures, protocols and associated waveforms
