Overview:

A leading provider of innovative building management solutions, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and creating efficient, sustainable environments. We are looking for a talented and experienced BMS Project Manager to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of BMS projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Oversee project planning, coordination, and execution, including resource allocation, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
  • Collaborate with design teams, subcontractors, and clients to ensure alignment on project requirements and timelines.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance throughout all stages of the project, ensuring best practices in system installation, integration, and commissioning.
  • Monitor project performance, track progress, and implement corrective actions as necessary.
  • Ensure all safety and regulatory standards are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and ensuring project satisfaction.
  • Manage project documentation, reporting, and post-project evaluations.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in the BMS sector.
  • Strong knowledge of BMS systems, controls, and automation technologies.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and teams.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  • Relevant qualifications (e.g., HND, Degree, or certifications in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, or similar).
  • Valid driving license and ability to travel to various project sites.
  • Must have the right to work in the UK
