We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our dynamic team based in London. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced professional to take on a hands-on role in commissioning and ensuring the smooth operation of Building Management Systems (BMS) on various commercial and residential projects. You will be part of a growing company known for delivering high-quality, innovative building control solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Commissioning and configuring BMS systems, ensuring their performance meets design specifications and operational requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any system issues or discrepancies during commissioning.
• Collaborating with project managers, designers, and contractors to ensure effective system integration.
• Completing site surveys and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Provide technical support and advice to customers, ensuring the system operates efficiently.
• Perform testing, calibration, and troubleshooting for BMS components, including controllers, sensors, and actuators.
• Prepare and submit detailed commissioning reports and documentation.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Proven experience as a BMS Commissioning Engineer or similar role, with expertise in HVAC systems and building controls.
• Proficiency with BMS platforms (e.g. Trend, Tridium, Honeywell, Siemens, etc.) and related software.
• Strong understanding of electrical, mechanical, and HVAC systems.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Knowledge of industry standards, health, safety, and compliance regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work well with customers and colleagues.
• A proactive and solution-driven attitude.
• Full UK driving license
• Must have the right to work in the UK
